How do I see how many liens are on a property?

To see how many liens are on a property:

  1. Open Properties in IgniteRE.

  2. Search for and select the property.

  3. Open the Liens section within the property details.

  4. Review the list of recorded liens—each entry represents a lien associated with the property.

If no liens are listed, there are no liens currently available for that property. Keep in mind that lien availability may vary by state and recording jurisdiction.
