How can I tell if the property is a condo or has an HOA?

To check if a property is a condo or has an HOA:

  1. Open Properties in IgniteRE.

  2. Search for and select the property.

  3. Review the Property Details section.

    • The Property Type field will indicate if the home is listed as a condominium.

    • HOA information, when available, is displayed in the HOA section of the property record.

HOA details are pulled from public records and other data sources, so availability may vary by location. If no HOA information appears, it may not be available for that property.
