How do I adjust the search for the comparable sales feature?

You can adjust the Comparable Sales (Comps) search directly from the property record in IgniteRE to better match your needs.

To adjust a Comparable Sales search:

  1. Open Properties in IgniteRE and select the subject property.

  2. Navigate to the Comparable Sales section.

  3. Modify the available search criteria, such as:

    • Distance radius

    • Sale date range

    • Price range

    • Property type

    • Bedrooms and bathrooms

    • Square footage

  4. Apply your changes to refresh the results.

Adjusting these filters helps ensure the comps shown are more relevant and closely aligned with the subject property.
