What is the preferred file format for uploading my own design?

For best results, we recommend:

  • Saving your file as a high-resolution PDF (300 DPI)

  • Setting your document to the exact product dimensions, including bleed if required

  • Converting fonts to outlines or embedding all fonts

  • Ensuring images are high resolution (300 DPI at final print size)

  • Using CMYK color mode, when possible, for accurate print color

Submitting a properly formatted, print-ready PDF helps ensure the best possible print quality and reduces the chance of production delays
