Update frequency can vary by county and state, since each jurisdiction releases and refreshes property records on its own schedule. Some counties update data daily, while others may update weekly or less frequently.
If recently recorded information is not yet visible, it may still be in the county’s processing queue. Once the county publishes the updated data, it will automatically refresh in Properties.
